AOG Studios is based in Waco, TX and offers customers a turn-key “Studio-as-a-Service” delivered as managed services. The mission of the Studio is to support the AOGPRO mission to empower faith-based content creators to use technology creating authentic stories that engauge next generation audiences. This includes developing, producing and distributing Feature Films, Episodic Series, Video Games, Music, and other currently known and future entertainment-related media.

At the core of the studio is Virtual Production Technology (VP) that joins the digital world with the physical world in real time. VP blends traditional filmmaking techniques with modern technology to help creatives achieve their vision; shooting stunning in-camera visual effects, with significant reduced production budgets.

AOGPRO Academy

AOGPRO Academy is our online educational institution that empowers Kingdom Content Creators with the necessary skills and tools to produce Hollywood Standard content that promotes both Kingdom and Traditional Family Values – Content that Disciples the Nations. The Academy focuses its training in three areas: Theology, Education, and Certification.

The study of THEOLOGY is an effort to make definitive statements about God and his implications in an accurate, coherent, and relevant way, based on the Word of God. One of the main tasks of emphazing theology is to ground content creators efforts in the Word of God, while teaching words that do not divide but unite, that do not create conflict but unity; words that do not hurt but heal ... The function of EDUCATION is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically. Intelligence plus Godly character — that is the goal of true education.

Our Leadership Team

The Executive Leadership Team is a group of senior officers with significant prior operating experience that define and amplify the culture of the organization – serving as both the nerve center and the heartbeat to direct and inspire individuals and teams. These individuals work directly with the CEO to articulate the organization’s purpose, set clear and actionable strategy for achieving that purpose, and most importantly, motivate and empower everyone else in the organization to succeed. As ambassadors, they properly evaluate and guide the tenants of the company and function to delegate and empower their direct reports.

As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Allen Brown Jr.’s primary responsibilities include making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources of the company, and acting as the main point of communication between Top Management Team and the Stakeholders. He also serves as the public face of the company and as the visionary, executes strategic decisions and those that direct the company’s overall growth, strategy, organization, and culture. Additionally, he determines how capital is allocated across the firm, and how builds teams to succeed. His experience includes working with Blizzard Entertainment, Walt Disney Studios, and Bell Laboratories. As a creative, Mr. Brown and his wife launched and created content for three internet radio stations; a teenage music television show, and produced original music for a record label over the span of eight years.

Our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is Michael Rodriguez. Michael brings financial, operational, and transactional expertise to drive growth, raise capital, and provides leadership to maximize value realization. As our fractional CFO, he contributes an experienced, confident, and composed demeanor through invigorating, challenging, and at times chaotic conditions. As former CFO for Chip and Joanna Gaines, he brings a diversity of perspectives to the table and relishes the role as trail guide for the next generation. Doesn’t settle for half-best and have a healthy sense of dissatisfaction in the status quo.

Clint Morris is our Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and provides sociology, social psychology, marketing and brand management, Messaging, Process Design, and Data Analytics. His outcomes are award-winning marketing strategy and media campaigns. He has worked with companies such as The Walt Disney Company, LucasFilm Ltd., Marvel, and Amazon, as well as members of the Inc500. Clints portfolio also provides a wide variety of local and regional contacts in diverse industries including nonprofits, the outdoor industry, government, hospitality, public utilities, and economic development. His expertise delivers deep insights into the traits, attitudes, lifestyles, behaviors, market environments, psychographics, messaging, business strategies, and advises on product development.
